Mission
The Mission of Diversified Inspirational Youth Center (DIYC) is to develop affluent, abused, neglected and disadvantaged youth and young adults, into women of virtue and men of valor. To instill self-worth, leadership, confidence, guidance and courage in each youth by giving them the options to make choices and allow them to be who they are destined to be not what others want them to be. To instill and support each youth decisions, character, productivity, self-awareness, morals and accountability through social and basic life skills. We strive to change lives by touching each heart, one heart beat at a time.
Vision
To empower, enrich natural gifts, restore, rebuild, and give hope to youth for a better and brighter future by creating a house that is a home. To protect and provide a physical, social, spiritual, financial and a stable emotional environment for the welfare and betterment of the youth. To recognize that each child is unique, they all have individual needs and wants, and to reflect those needs on an individual basis. To acknowledge the root of the problem and implement plans to address those struggles and move towards self-fulfillment. To educate our children to reframe from negative perspectives and turn them into positive perspectives that embody the spirit of achieving personal empowerment. DIYC overall goals are to ensure each youth become well-rounded and diverse in all things so it prepares them for a solidified future.

We believe in the power of Integrity. We are determine to do whatever it takes to build character, dignity and doing the right thing even when you no one is looking.
We believe in the power of Understanding. Everyone grows and learn at their own past so we endure patience that truly breaks chains that will change a life forever.
